Job Description
Senior Product Manager at Stratus, focusing on leading product strategies for B2B SaaS in construction. Responsible for managing all aspects of the product lifecycle from strategy to adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and roadmap for an assigned pillar
- Manage the full product lifecycle from define to measure
- Coordinate with peer PMs for cross-pillar features
- Partner with PMM, sales, and CS for successful launch and adoption
- Communicate effectively with executives and customers
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 or more years in product management
- At least 3 years at a B2B SaaS company in the $5M–$50M ARR range
- A track record of shipping B2B SaaS features that measurably moved adoption, revenue, or retention
- Real AI fluency
- Comfort with technical depth
- Strong written and verbal communication
