Job Description
Senior Product Manager driving fintech and crypto exchange adoption of Optimism, OP Labs’ open-source blockchain infrastructure. Defining enterprise product roadmaps across integrations, SDKs, and DeFi services.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategy across integrations, SDKs, and infrastructure that help fintechs and exchanges embed onchain services into their platforms
- Build deep expertise in fintechs and exchanges, understanding needs around compliance, custody, and user experience
- Translate customer needs into products and partnerships that deliver measurable value
- Launch and scale products enabling enterprises to offer yield, trading, payments, and other onchain financial products
- Collaborate with DeFi protocols, infrastructure providers, custodians, and chain operators to accelerate ecosystem growth
- Work with engineering, business development, design, and marketing to bring products from concept to launch and iterate quickly
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, consumer finance apps, or centralized crypto exchanges
- Direct experience with onchain/DeFi products is a strong plus
- Strong ability to engage with enterprise partners, uncover pain points, and translate them into actionable product requirements
- Comfortable working across custody, wallet infrastructure, and protocol integrations
- Solid understanding of fintech product mechanics such as trading, lending, and payments, or exchange infrastructure
- Thrives in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and a rapidly developing regulatory landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Belief that blockchains can make financial services more open, efficient, and accessible
