Job Description

Senior Product Manager owning administrator tools for PeopleGrove’s higher-education engagement platform. Driving roadmap strategy, client-request resolution, and AI-powered workflow automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the admin experience roadmap for the Engagement Hub from discovery through delivery, balancing client commitments, strategic bets, and engineering capacity
  • Identify and resolve persistent platform administrator pain points by quantifying time-consuming workflows and shipping measurable improvements
  • Build agents to automate and simplify administrative workflows
  • Run the client-request intake process end to end, including triage, prioritization, expectation-setting, and timely resolution
  • Partner with Customer Success and Support to turn recurring requests and escalations into product decisions
  • Support go-to-market readiness through positioning, release communications, and client onboarding
  • Collaborate with the VP of Product on annual and quarterly planning, roadmap strategy, and resource prioritization

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • At least 2 years owning a complex B2B SaaS product
  • Demonstrated experience owning admin, back-office, or operator-facing tooling
  • Experience measuring improvements to users’ daily work
  • Experience running structured intake and prioritization for client-raised requests
  • Experience working directly with Customer Success, Support, and Sales
  • Ability to manage a strategic roadmap alongside a high-volume triage queue
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and turn messy problem spaces into clear requirements
  • Hands-on experience shipping, prototyping, or seriously evaluating LLM-powered features
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority
  • Comfort working in a distributed, async-first environment
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, or similar product operations tools
  • Curiosity, rigor, and an outcomes-over-output mindset
  • Nice to have: higher education, alumni relations, mentorship, or community/networking platform experience
  • Nice to have: human-in-the-loop or approval-gated automation experience
  • Nice to have: growth-stage edtech or vertical SaaS experience
