Job Description
Senior Product Manager driving product strategy and innovation in the entertainment payroll domain. Collaborate with engineering and design on scalable solutions for productions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap and vision for your product area, aligning customer needs with company priorities.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to define requirements, scope solutions, and deliver high-quality features that solve meaningful problems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, business development, client operations, legal, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and readiness for launches.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers and the production payroll domain to uncover insights, identify unmet needs, and inspire innovation.
- Define success metrics and use data-driven insights to guide prioritization and measure impact.
- Advocate for quality and compliance, ensuring that products meet the standards required in financial and regulated environments.
- Drive execution end-to-end, from discovery through launch, ensuring on-time, predictable delivery.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS, fintech, or similarly complex technical environment.
- Proven ability to define and execute on product strategy with measurable outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, operations, legal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.
- Comfort working in areas of ambiguity—able to dive deep and become a subject matter expert.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinker, creative problem solver, fast learner, and customer advocate with deep empathy for user needs. You have a track record of translating customer insights into elegant, scalable solutions, especially across operationally complex user journeys.
