Job Description

Senior Product Marketing Manager driving messaging, content, and GTM execution for CTERA’s unified enterprise data platform. Supporting IT channels, OEM partners, and cloud marketplaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product messaging for target buyer personas across IT infrastructure, data management, security, compliance, and AI use cases
  • Drive product marketing execution across IT channels, OEM partnerships, and cloud hyperscaler/marketplace programs
  • Produce solution briefs, battlecards, sales plays, web copy, videos, and launch materials at speed using AI tools
  • Build and maintain competitive intelligence and brief sales on competitive positioning
  • Partner with product management to translate the roadmap into positioning, messaging, use cases, and coordinated launch plans
  • Develop sales enablement tools for field teams and channel partners
  • Coordinate with content and demand generation teammates to ensure messaging consistency across the funnel and GTM motions

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in data management, storage, infrastructure, AI, or adjacent technology markets
  • Technically fluent and comfortable engaging with engineers, SEs, and technical buyers
  • Able to translate complex capabilities into clear value propositions
  • Comfortable diving into unfamiliar technologies and learning quickly
  • Proven ability to own GTM workstreams end-to-end independently, from initial positioning brief through field-ready assets
  • Strong writing ability across one-pagers, web copy, and executive messaging
  • Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude, with strong human judgment to improve AI outputs
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching across multiple concurrent workstreams and GTM motions
  • Experience marketing to IT infrastructure buyers, such as storage administrators, IT operations, infrastructure architects, and enterprise decision-makers in data-adjacent teams
