Job Description
Product Manager overseeing Tax One project deliveries and coordinating with Product Owners and Engineering teams. Managing roadmaps and ensuring stakeholder communication and delivery timelines in a tech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Centralize planning and monitor deliveries together with Product Owners and Technology teams.
- Manage the roadmap, supporting the intake, consolidation and prioritization of requests.
- Monitor planned vs. actual progress, ensuring visibility of risks, dependencies and commitments.
- Collect and analyze metrics, data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the primary communication focal point between clients, Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success and other partner teams.
- Ensure alignment across multidisciplinary teams to meet deadlines, quality standards and business objectives.
- Prepare executive reports and continuously track the initiatives under your responsibility.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Product Management, Program Management or technology project management.
- Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs and multiple delivery streams.
- Strong planning, organizational and execution-tracking skills.
- Excellent communication and experience in client and stakeholder relationship management.
- Comfortable working across technical and business domains.
- Highly autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and low need for follow-up.
