Job Description
Senior consultant leading customer onboarding and professional services engagements for Wrike, a work-management platform. Representing DACH customers and shaping implementations, adoption, and product improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead individual customer engagements and participate in or lead larger global customer rollouts
- Drive end-to-end customer onboarding through Discovery, Design, Configuration, Rollout, and Adoption Monitoring
- Support the sales team with complex scoping requirements and present Wrike's professional services offerings
- Track and maintain accurate client records and key milestones using Wrike, Salesforce, and other systems
- Manage successful completion of customer engagements while achieving critical success metrics
- Advocate for customers and assist in prioritizing new product features
- Collaborate with the Product team and internal stakeholders to identify short-term solutions and influence the product roadmap
- Ensure smooth hand-offs around professional services engagements with cross-functional teams
- Represent the DACH region with cultural and language fluency
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements:
- 3+ years in consulting and customer-facing roles
- Experience in project management
- Agile, PMI, Lean, or similar certifications are a plus
- Ability to understand complex customer processes and needs and define clear implementation goals
- Extensive understanding of and ability to apply change management principles
- Thorough expertise in one industry or critical customer segments such as Marketing/Creative, IT, Professional Services, or PMO
- Ability to engage in technical discussions and present complex digital transformation options and strategies
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales on account plans and ongoing professional services support
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Effective communication across all organizational levels, particularly executive stakeholders
- Ability to manage difficult audiences and complex client relationships
- Ability to provide thought leadership and knowledge of industry best practices
- Firm accountability and ownership of work
- Deep understanding of the DACH market and fluency in German; German native speaker required
- Superior organization and time-management skills
- Extensive consulting skill set and customer-centric approach
- Relevant university degree is a standout quality, not a requirement
- SaaS environment experience is a standout quality
