Job Description
Senior Project Controls Analyst overseeing project controls at MasTec Power Delivery. Leading cross-functional collaboration and ensuring project budgets align with financial targets while maintaining performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of project controls, including cost management, performance management (earned value), support of change management, internal changes, reporting, and risk analysis
- Provide leadership with real-time financial status updates using tools such as Procore, Power BI, Vista Reporting, and Excel

- Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts, while closely monitoring expenditures to ensure alignment with financial targets
- Support schedule management work with project scheduler to align/report on scheduling metrics
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts
- Provide leadership and foster collaboration across engineering, procurement, and construction teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, Operations Management, or relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in project controls, project management, FP&A, or similar role including experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Procore experience a plus
