Job Description
Sênior Program Manager leading strategic programs in a growing digital products company. Responsible for ensuring quality and alignment in initiatives between business, technology, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure strategic initiatives move from concept to delivery with quality, predictability, and alignment between business, technology, and stakeholders.
- Lead the portfolio of strategic programs from planning through delivery.
- Orchestrate multiple squads/projects, ensuring alignment of objectives.
- Define roadmaps, goals, KPIs, and monitor results.
- Facilitate communication between business, product, and technology teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, scope, and prioritization.
- Implement and evolve governance and management frameworks (agile/hybrid).
- Report executive-level status and support high-impact decision-making.
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Program Manager / Manager of Programs in a technology or digital products environment.
- Proven track record leading multiple projects/squads simultaneously.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar) and hybrid models.
- Analytical ability to define and track KPIs and OKRs.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical audiences and executives.
- Advanced English for conversations, stakeholder interaction, and documentation.
