Job Description

Senior Recruiter at Haldren managing recruitment delivery and candidate sourcing for staffing agency. Working remotely from South Africa with a focus on stakeholder management in recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping
  • Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps
  • Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach
  • Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment delivery, sourcing, and structured screening
  • Working knowledge of market mapping and candidate engagement techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions or searches without compromising quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
  • High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
  • Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management.
