Job Description
Senior Recruiter at Virtasant hiring for tech and mobile sectors with a focus on talent acquisition. Engaging candidates across Americas while working remotely for a global technology services company.
Responsibilities:
- Get top talent excited about our client's vision and show them the impact they can have there.
- Become an expert on what makes people successful at our clients' and find candidates who will truly thrive on their teams.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their goals and help them build their world-class teams.
- Build a strong network of potential hires so our client is always connected with the best talent in the industry.
- Take pride in providing a positive and respectful experience for every candidate.
- Set our client's interview teams up for success with the right tools and support to make confident hiring decisions.
- Use Greenhouse (ATS) to build out assessment scorecards and manage the hiring process.
- Bring it all together by successfully closing offers and welcoming new hires to our client.
Requirements:
- Excellent, near-native spoken and written English
- 5-7 years of experience in client-facing recruiting roles
- A proven track record of successfully placing professionals in tech, data science, product management, sales, finance, and other key areas.
- You pride yourself on building relationships and partnering with business leadership
- You can work in the gray, pivot, and remain flexible
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Benefits:
- Totally remote, full-time (40h/week)
- US-based office work hours (ET is best, but can range from PT to ET)
- Temporary (5 to 6 months) contractor agreement
- Payment in USD, by-weekly or monthly - your choice.
