Job Description
Senior Salesforce architect designing enterprise solutions for ICF’s public-sector and federal clients. Leading modernization initiatives, capture strategy, proposals, and delivery architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver complex Salesforce ecosystems supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives
- Drive scalable, platform-based Salesforce solutions aligned with mission outcomes and long-term modernization goals
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal leaders and public sector and federal clients
- Support early-stage client conversations and shape technical approaches
- Lead solution design for high-priority opportunities
- Own technical solutioning for key bids and provide capture and proposal support
- Guide business development teams and help expand ICF’s Salesforce practice
- Balance client-facing pursuit work with hands-on architecture and delivery leadership
- Support proposals, oral presentations, technical demonstrations, and executive-level client discussions
- Lead large-scale public sector modernization initiatives
- Collaborate with Salesforce and adjacent-platform partners
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce or comparable SaaS enterprise solutions
- 5+ years of experience leading complex solutions with a strong enterprise architecture background, including integrations, security, scalability, and platform governance
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust and/or Security Clearance
- Must reside and work within the United States
- Certification in one or more mainline Salesforce certifications preferred, including Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, Data Architect, Integration Architect, or Technical Architect (CTA)
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio, MuleSoft, Salesforce Data 360, and Agentforce / AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities preferred
- Experience supporting Department of War (Defense), civilian federal agencies, or FedRAMP/high-security environments preferred
- Experience balancing client-facing solutioning/pursuit work with hands-on architecture and delivery leadership
- Experience supporting proposals, oral presentations, technical demonstrations, and executive-level client discussions
- Experience leading large-scale public sector modernization initiatives
- Prior consulting or systems integrator experience supporting enterprise clients
- Hands-on experience using Codex, LLM-based tools, and agentic AI workflows within Salesforce environments
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant, Public Sector Solutions Accreditation, Platform Developer I, and Agentforce Specialist
