Job Description
Senior Site Contracts Lead role focusing on negotiating and managing clinical study agreements at Syneos Health. Collaborating with global teams to ensure compliance and effective contract execution.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes, maintains and updates training material for site contracts lead team and site contract negotiators.
- Serves as subject matter expert within the organization equipped to help resolve global site contracting issues.
- Oversees negotiations of clinical study agreements (CTA's) on a study level.
- Provides oversight of contact & budget negotiations status and manages escalation of issues.
- Advises and consults with internal and sponsor stakeholders on contracting issues.
- Plans contract execution strategy for assigned studies and manages expectations.
Requirements:
- Senior Site Contracts Lead role requires subject matter expertise in clinical contracting.
- Established experience in clinical study agreements and negotiation of contracts.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in managing global teams.
- Ability to advise stakeholders on industry trends and risk mitigation strategies.
