Job Description
Senior Software Engineer at Fixify collaborating on product features and enhancing user experiences through technology. Building scalable SaaS solutions with a focus on user feedback and detail.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with other engineers on all aspects of our product.
- Take ownership of feature delivery in horizontally scalable messaging pipelines.
- Ensure the rounded corner of every button in the UI is just right.
- Immerse yourself in our users' environments and refine your work based on their feedback.
- Communicate clearly with our users.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience building scalable and observable SaaS solutions with one of the big three cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong knowledge of Typescript or a passion to quickly learn and master it.
- A practice of "kind engineering" that produces well documented, modular code that's a delight for the next engineer that works on it.
- A keen eye for detail – especially when reviewing pull requests.
- A genuine interest in understanding user needs and translating them into technical solutions.
- The ability to work cross-functionally and lift the team with your positive energy.
- A curious nature and a drive to keep improving.
