Job Description
Engenheiro Golang sênior liderando arquiteturas distribuídas, autorização de cartões e incidentes críticos. Stone, empresa brasileira de tecnologia e serviços financeiros focada em pagamentos.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and evolution of distributed systems architectures, focusing on the scalability and resilience of authorization pipelines
- Serve as a technical reference for managing critical incidents, War Rooms, and post-mortems
- Balance the development of new solutions with the maintenance and modernization of legacy systems
- Use observability tools to monitor application health, bottlenecks, and behavior
- Ensure technical excellence through architectural standards, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Provide technical leadership for workstreams and design complex end-to-end solutions
- Conduct technical mentoring, pair programming, and code reviews
- Investigate highly complex systemic issues and lead the resolution of critical incidents
- Design and implement architectures following Hexagonal Architecture, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles
- Make autonomous architecture and code design decisions based on business and technology trade-offs
- Continuously improve infrastructure and delivery processes by configuring and optimizing deployment pipelines
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven, relevant professional experience in software development and the design of high-volume distributed systems
- Extensive hands-on experience, proficiency, and the ability to guide technical decisions in Golang
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including query modeling and optimization (DML, DDL, and DQL)
- Expertise in event-driven architectures using Kafka and AWS SQS
- Proven experience with the AWS ecosystem
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Advanced hands-on experience with Datadog, OpenTelemetry, and Prometheus, including logging, profiling, tracing, and metrics
- Practical experience with Git/GitHub
- Experience with GitHub Actions
- Strong knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture and Event-Driven Architecture (SAGA)
