Job Description
Senior .NET Engineer desenvolvendo soluções de crédito e banking para a Stone, empresa brasileira de tecnologia financeira. Projetando sistemas C# escaláveis para problemas complexos do setor financeiro.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and prioritize complex challenges related to the financial sector and/or engineering platform products
- Serve as a key point of reference for solution-related decision-making
- Help the team solve problems with undefined scope and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Provide suggestions and constructive feedback, contributing to technical decisions and sharing technical knowledge across the team
- Independently define and deliver technical roadmaps for larger projects, often involving cross-team dependencies
- Develop solutions that enable accessible and suitable credit for entrepreneurs and support Stone’s banking products
Requirements:
- Software development with C#
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Strong knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles
- Strong knowledge of unit and integration testing
- Use Git fluently and be familiar with Gitflow
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization
- Experience with observability tools such as Elasticsearch and Datadog
- Ability to produce clean, maintainable code
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and their practical application, particularly Kanban and/or Scrum
- Nice to have: Azure and Google Cloud; Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka; microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, and Hexagonal Architecture; relational and non-relational data modeling; CI/CD and Azure DevOps; knowledge of and interest in the financial market
