Job Description
Senior Solution Architect focused on Citrix & Azure Virtual Desktop solutions for CDW customers. Developing service strategies and maintaining client relationships in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop appropriate assessment and service solutions for CDW customers
- Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and internal sales to offer consultative guidance
- Analyze technical and competitive considerations
- Maintain strategic relationships with key partners
- Act as a subject matter expert in multiple families of products and solutions
- Drive outreach initiatives, technical enablement projects, coaching, and mentoring for other SAs
- Develop content to effectively train coworkers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years experience, OR 7+years equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years in technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role
- Motivated, self-starting, and able to independently perform high quality work with minimal guidance
- Industry knowledge and domain expertise
- Team collaboration and leadership
- Customer-focused approach
- Solution design and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% or as needed
