Job Description
Senior Solutions Engineer at SailPoint, working on identity security solutions for A/NZ team. Collaborating with sales teams to support direct and indirect sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Work with sales teams to support direct and indirect sales efforts
- Discover customer requirements and align SailPoint solutions to address identity challenges
- Articulate the value of SailPoint solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrate product capabilities to customers
- Complete all assigned training to become ‘field ready’
- Present SailPoint, platform and demo to managers and key stakeholders
- Engage with senior execs and articulate the business values of identity security
- Contribute to customer success stories, white papers, blogs, and social media posts
- Mentor and coach new sales and presales team members on SailPoint solution
Requirements:
- 5+ years professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company
- 3+ years working with Identity, Governance and Access Management solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- A working knowledge of technical infrastructure including application servers, databases, virtualization and directories is required.
- Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL is desirable.
- Understanding of Cloud platforms like Azure, Google and AWS is desirable.
