Job Description

Transfer Pricing Senior Specialist supporting SGS, a global testing, inspection and certification company. Preparing TP documentation, advising international teams and contributing to audits, M&A and automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, Master Files and benchmarking studies
  • Support the development, implementation and maintenance of SGS transfer pricing policies and intercompany pricing models
  • Draft and manage intercompany agreements with Legal, Finance and business stakeholders
  • Provide transfer pricing advice to regional and local teams on complex business and tax matters
  • Support transfer pricing audits, APAs, MAPs and other tax controversy projects
  • Participate in M&A, business integration and process improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to transfer pricing technology implementation and process automation
  • Work with senior stakeholders across SGS’s global organization

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in transfer pricing, preferably within a multinational environment
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law, or a similar discipline
  • Solid understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international transfer pricing principles
  • Experience preparing or reviewing Local Files, Master Files, benchmarking studies and intercompany agreements
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial and operational data into practical recommendations
  • Experience with transfer pricing databases and research tools such as Moody’s, Bureau van Dijk, RoyaltyStat or similar
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data-driven working methods
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders across countries and functions
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently in a global environment
