Job Description

Senior Support Analyst focusing on network infrastructure performance and stability, collaborating with technical teams for effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and technical support to field technicians responsible for installing and configuring routers at end customers;
  • Responsible for following up on technical tickets;
  • Provide remote guidance during installations;
  • Update and close tickets in the system;
  • Monitor deadlines and status of service orders;
  • Identify and report recurring incidents, and assist in resolving connectivity issues;
  • Act as a point of contact between the field team, support center and internal departments, ensuring service quality and compliance with the company's technical procedures.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Analysis and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Basic and advanced computer literacy courses
  • Basic Computer Networks course · Systems Analysis and Development (ADS) or IT Management preferred
  • Strategic thinking
  • Ability to prioritize

  • Good communication skills and patience when dealing with technicians
