Job Description

Technical Support & Integrations Manager resolving hotel-tech integrations and API issues. Supporting partners using RoomPriceGenie’s hotel pricing optimization SaaS.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the connection between RoomPriceGenie’s tech team and end customers
  • Coordinate resolution of technical integration challenges and API-related issues
  • Manage relationships with technical partners, including Property Management Systems and Channel Managers
  • Guide partners through onboarding, pilot, and launch phases
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive integration documentation
  • Enable team members and clients to resolve first-level support queries independently
  • Uphold integration quality standards
  • Ensure strong connectivity and cooperation with partners

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in integrations or a technical support role, ideally within the Hotel Tech Industry
  • Familiarity and solid understanding of hotel operations and KPIs
  • Experience with hotel technology solutions such as Property Management Systems or Channel Managers
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as HubSpot
  • Basic understanding of APIs, including REST API, and data formats such as JSON and OTA XML
  • Ability to read and interpret JSON and XML log files and communicate technical details effectively with partners
  • Experience with reservations data and metrics such as Revenue, Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR is a plus
  • Hands-on familiarity with Postman or similar technical platforms is advantageous
  • Strong sense of urgency, persistence, and commitment to meeting deadlines

  • Exceptional attention to detail and self-direction
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Team-player mentality and high ownership
  • C2-level proficiency in English
  • Based in the Australian Time Zone
  • C2-level German is required, as stated in the application form
