Job Description
Senior Systems Analyst optimizing scalable, well-controlled Oracle Cloud ERP accounting operations for finance teams. Contributing to continuous improvements and ensuring financial integrity through system analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a senior subject-matter expert in finance systems analysis.
- Performs hands-on systems analysis supporting accounting and finance operations.
- Triages, prioritizes, and resolves complex operational issues.
- Contributes to standards for analysis, documentation, and controls.
- Analyze integrations and upstream/downstream dependencies.
- Embed strong financial controls through reconciliation design, exception handling, monitoring, SOX compliance, audit readiness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of business analysis experience in Finance/Accounting operations or Finance Systems.
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP/Financials or similar Financial systems (implementation, optimization, or production support).
- Strong understanding of accounting operations and close processes; ability to translate accounting needs into system requirements.
