Job Description
Talent Acquisition & People Operations Senior Associate assisting with recruiting and HR initiatives for Tradewater. Managing hiring processes and supporting team members in a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and execution, candidate communication, and offer support.
- Support end-to-end team member lifecycle from onboarding, transitions, and through offboarding processes.
- Assist with performance management cycles, feedback processes, and professional development initiatives.
- Maintain team member records, documentation, and systems with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources (HR), People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and offer coordination.
- Experience supporting multiple stages of the team member lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
