Job Description
Training Analyst responsible for structuring and managing corporate trainings online and in-person for a technology consulting company. Ensuring content quality and employee onboarding processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, record and publish online training for consultants and assigned professionals
- Structure and maintain documentation for projects, environments and clients to optimize onboarding
- Create client-specific content, ensuring personalization and consistency
- Curate training materials, validating quality and applicability
- Track and monitor the training history of employees and clients
- Support the definition of learning paths and development plans
- Periodically update content, aligning it with the company’s strategic needs
- Act as a reference for corporate learning methodologies and Enterprise Architecture (EA) tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
- Proven experience in corporate training, preferably in technology companies or consulting firms
- Experience with E-learning platforms (Learning Management System – LMS)
- Skilled in developing instructional materials (workbooks, videos, manuals, presentations)
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies (Andragogy)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced English is desirable
