Job Description
Senior UA Manager will launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns for social discovery products. Focused on performance analysis and collaboration with creative teams in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for 2 similar dating products
- Own campaign performance: analyze key metrics, optimize budgets, improve ROI/CPA/CPI, and scale traffic without losing efficiency
- Develop and test new growth hypotheses: audiences, GEOs, placements, ad formats, landing pages, app/web flows, and creative angles
- Work closely with the creative team: research competitors, generate creative hypotheses, prepare clear briefs, and evaluate creative performance
- Build structured reporting and improve campaign management processes, including automation through rules, tools, and other scalable solutions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads, ideally in dating, gaming, iGaming, entertainment, or other high-volume B2C products
- Proven experience managing significant monthly budgets: at least $100k/month, ideally with scale up to $400k–$500k/month
- Strong experience with both app and web acquisition funnels; web experience is especially important
- Strong analytical skills: ability to work with data, reports, Google Sheets/Excel, GA4, internal analytics/CRM tools, and explain decisions through numbers
- Russian fluency; English reading/writing skills are enough for working with tools and documentation.
