Job Description
Unified Collaboration Engineer responsible for Microsoft 365 training and technical collaboration. Focus on user adoption, instructional design, and service optimization in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and deliver various forms of end-user training content
- Work closely with both technical and end-user teammates within the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to support enterprise collaboration initiatives
- Design, implement, and manage Active Directory domains, user accounts, group policies
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex identity and collaboration issues
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures
- Provide guidance and mentorship to associate- and mid-level engineers.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 applications training/support experience
- Minimum of 2 years of instructional design in a technical space
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 technologies
- Strong Active Directory administration and management experience
- Experience with Windows Server, Group Policy and related technologies
- Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell for automation
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts (authentication, authorization, conditional access)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
