Job Description

UX/UI Designer creating mobile apps, web systems, and gamified experiences for a leading online English school. Seeking innovative individual passionate about design and user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create interfaces for mobile applications (iOS/Android) and complex web systems, focusing on usability, aesthetics, and performance.
  • Develop end-to-end navigation flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final interfaces.
  • Design animations, microinteractions, and transitions that make the experience fluid, modern, and engaging.
  • Structure gamification mechanics, including: badges and achievements, levels and progression, points/XP, missions and challenges, immediate feedback (visual and audio), progression paths, and motivational dashboards.
  • Create and maintain components aligned with the design system, ensuring consistency across mobile and web products.
  • Document flows, rules, and interface behaviors clearly for the development team.
  • Collaborate closely with the technology team to ensure fidelity in implementation.
  • Analyze usage metrics, conduct tests, and propose continuous UX and UI improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a UX/UI Designer.
  • Portfolio with real projects for apps and web systems (not just conceptual studies).
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, and auto layout).
  • Hands-on experience with gamification (progression, feedback loops, engagement mechanics).
  • Animations and microinteractions (Lottie, Principle, Framer Motion, After Effects, or similar).
  • Responsive design for mobile and web.
  • Ability to produce clear documentation and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with UX research and applied usability testing.
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and an ownership mindset.
