Job Description

SEO and digital marketing specialist driving organic search, paid media, AI visibility, and analytics for Aristotle and PredictIt. Supporting consumer acquisition and B2B lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Support SEO, digital analytics, AI and LLM visibility, and paid media execution for Aristotle and PredictIt
  • Conduct technical, on-page, content, competitive, keyword, and content-gap SEO audits
  • Develop prioritized SEO improvement roadmaps
  • Analyze crawlability, indexation, site health, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, structured data, and site architecture
  • Lead on-page SEO across titles, meta descriptions, headings, schema, internal linking, and content
  • Develop and manage visibility strategies for AI-powered search and large language models
  • Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, programmatic, connected TV, display, video, and retargeting channels
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, bidding, targeting, media allocation, creative, landing pages, audience segments, and messaging
  • Track and improve acquisition, engagement, lead-generation, conversion, customer-acquisition-cost, cost-per-lead, and return-on-ad-spend KPIs
  • Evaluate advertising channels and partners and recommend investment and scaling decisions
  • Manage campaign compliance with platform policies, privacy requirements, legal and regulatory guidance, and ad-review requirements
  • Administer Google Analytics 4 across Aristotle and PredictIt web properties
  • Establish measurement frameworks and maintain UTM conventions, campaign taxonomy, dashboards, and reporting templates
  • Use Google Tag Manager to implement, document, test, and troubleshoot events, conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing tags
  • Validate data flow among websites, GA4, advertising platforms, CRM or lead systems, and reporting tools
  • Pull, quality-assure, analyze, and interpret data from GA4, Google Search Console, BrightEdge, paid media platforms, and other sources
  • Build recurring dashboards and reports explaining performance, trends, attribution limitations, opportunities, and recommended actions
  • Present findings to leadership and non-technical stakeholders
  • Create, edit, and coordinate marketing copy, graphics, video, landing pages, and other digital assets
  • Maintain Aristotle and PredictIt brand messaging, visual identity, and tone
  • Document workflows and improve tracking standards, campaign processes, and reporting
  • Perform other marketing and communications duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience across SEO, digital analytics, and paid digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, analytics, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • Demonstrated technical SEO capability, including crawlability, indexing, site health, canonicals, redirects, robots.txt, sitemaps, structured data, and Core Web Vitals
  • Experience conducting comprehensive SEO audits and creating prioritized action plans
  • Working knowledge of Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools
  • Experience building and managing paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, video, or CTV campaigns with meaningful budget responsibility
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and several additional advertising platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4
  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, marketing pixels, event tracking, and data-quality validation
  • Ability to analyze cross-channel performance and make budget, targeting, content, and campaign recommendations
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, brands, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, curiosity, and personal accountability
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
