Job Description
Service Delivery Manager responsible for client IT outsourcing coordination and service delivery. It involves managing operational teams and ensuring client satisfaction through effective service management.
Responsibilities:
- Assume central ownership of assigned clients and serve as the primary point of contact for IT outsourcing.
- Align service delivery with business value and client strategy.
- Design, implement and optimize IT operations processes and services in line with SLAs, KPIs and operating models.
- Ensure the stability, quality and cost-effectiveness of client contracts.
Requirements:
- Higher education in computer science (HF/FH) or completed IT apprenticeship complemented by business/management training.
- Several years of experience in service management (ideally with an IT service provider).
- Experience in project management.
- Excellent command of German (written and spoken) and good English skills.
