Job Description
Service Delivery Manager focusing on IT services for clients in Switzerland. Central point of contact for IT outsourcing and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assume central ownership of customer accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact for IT outsourcing
- Align service delivery with business value and customer strategy
- Implement and optimize IT operations processes
- Ensure the stability, quality, and cost-effectiveness of customer contracts
- Maintain oversight of Incidents, Problems, and Changes
- Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science (HF/FH) or completed IT apprenticeship with additional business/management training
- Several years of experience in Service Management (preferably with an IT provider)
- Experience in project management
- Ability to translate IT services into business impact
- Experience in budget planning and forecasting
- Excellent German (written and spoken) and good English skills
