Job Description

Service Manager position in KLA supporting process tool team in Germany. Leading customer relationships to ensure high operational standards in semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels
  • Manage field service operations for our customers in Central Europe
  • Ensure effective coordination of service operational activities
  • Support account teams in achieving regional objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a regional customer service organization, including personnel management and customer-facing responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
