Job Description
Service Manager position in KLA supporting process tool team in Germany. Leading customer relationships to ensure high operational standards in semiconductor manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels
- Manage field service operations for our customers in Central Europe
- Ensure effective coordination of service operational activities
- Support account teams in achieving regional objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a regional customer service organization, including personnel management and customer-facing responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Excellent project management, analytical, and organizational skills
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
