Job Description
Construction Manager overseeing projects for 7-Eleven. Engaging stakeholders and ensuring KPIs are met throughout project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
- Review project updates and progress reports, ensure KPIs are on track.
- Engage with stakeholders providing updates and facilitating decision-making.
- Direct contractors, engineers, architects to complete construction projects.
- Assess project performance through Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements:
- Operational experience in c-store, fueling, or quick service restaurant
- Understanding of accessibility and life safety laws and how they apply
- Expertise in installing and maintaining retail (UST) fueling systems
- Working knowledge of refrigeration equipment, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
- Construction and project management experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Alternatively: High School diploma/GED with equivalent experience or 4 + years of US military experience
