Job Description
ServiceNow Application Architect designing, administering, and developing platforms for Koniag’s federal government customers. Supporting integrations, solution recommendations, and ServiceNow practice growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement ServiceNow architecture standards aligned with business objectives and IT strategy
- Evaluate deployed applications to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support ServiceNow platform administration, including authority-to-operate (ATO), instance patching, upgrades, environment clones, and MID server management
- Recommend and document solutions aligned with product entitlements and business objectives
- Perform hands-on development across out-of-the-box and custom applications
- Support business development opportunities through solutioning and proposal writing
- Support fellow practitioners within the ServiceNow Community of Practice
Requirements:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree and five-plus years of experience in ServiceNow development or equivalent expertise
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Security Operations (SecOps), custom application development, and ServiceNow’s Next UI workspaces
- Experience with ServiceNow’s Now Assist and/or Agentic AI capabilities desired
- Experience with Now Mobile and/or Mobile Agent desired
- Experience with systems integration is expected
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certifications preferred
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Experience demonstrating solutions or capabilities to senior leaders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
- Ability to work effectively with numerous stakeholder types and bring a group to consensus
