Job Description

Senior ServiceNow Consultant architecting ServiceNow solutions for a fast-growing Australia-New Zealand software consultancy. Mapping client requirements, integrations, and enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions
  • Map client business requirements to technical solutions
  • Assess current-state processes and tools with clients
  • Identify ServiceNow platform solution options
  • Define ServiceNow solution requirements
  • Determine integration needs
  • Develop overall architecture and implementation plans
  • Lead architecture discussions and develop business cases
  • Present solutions to senior executives
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications
  • Deliver large-scale ServiceNow projects according to best practices
  • Coach and mentor team members through technical guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Serve as a ServiceNow subject matter expert in executive briefings and marketing events
  • Manage multiple projects and campaigns while ensuring quality delivery

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow solutioning, including hands-on design and deployment
  • Expertise in mapping client business requirements to scalable and supportable technical solutions
  • Deep knowledge of at least one ServiceNow module, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, SPM, and others
  • Strong background in IT service management solution implementation and ServiceNow development
  • Proficiency in XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly Script, and Web Services
  • Ability to lead architecture discussions, develop business cases, and present to senior executives
  • Experience designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale ServiceNow projects adhering to best practices
  • Capability to coach and mentor team members through technical guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert during executive briefings and marketing events
  • Minimum 6+ years of industry experience in IT service management and enterprise solutions
  • Strong background and deep experience with ServiceNow, with relevant certifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality delivery
  • Engaging presentation style and ability to lead discussions in technical and business settings
  • Experience working under pressure and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
