Job Description
Site Reliability Engineer II na Stone, empresa brasileira de tecnologia e serviços financeiros. Mantendo incidentes, estabilidade e continuidade de operações de TI em escala 24x7.
Responsibilities:
- Perform the initial triage of incidents by gathering basic information and determining their severity, context, and business impact.
- Fully record and document incidents and interactions, including issues, solutions, and subsequent actions.
- Keep users informed about the status of ongoing incidents.
- Resolve immediate issues and appropriately escalate incidents to specialized teams when necessary.
- Maintain and document incident management activities across various portals and systems.
- Contribute to operational stability and the continuity of 24/7 IT operations at scale.
Requirements:
- Experience administering Windows and Linux server operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking.
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms.
- Experience configuring observability platforms.
- Knowledge of IaC and CI/CD.
- Exposure to cloud environments.
- Ability and maturity to work independently in a 24/7 operation.
