Job Description
Site Supervisor for Hydro Tech coordinating field operations and supporting crew management. Managing safety compliance and executing project plans on hydroelectric construction sites.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support field crews, subcontractors, and site personnel
- Coordinate daily work activities, labour, equipment, and materials
- Enforce applicable safety legislation, client requirements, and Hydro Tech HSE policies
- Conduct tailboards, hazard assessments, and site safety inspections
- Execute work in accordance with drawings, specifications, schedules, and project scope
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Relevant trade certification, technical training, engineering background, supervisory experience, or equivalent industry experience considered an asset
- Experience in construction, industrial, hydroelectric, mechanical, manufacturing, energy, or related environments
- Demonstrated leadership or crew coordination experience in industrial or project-based settings
