Job Description
SMM Manager developing social strategies and content for an international iGaming company. Growing communities and optimizing acquisition and retention through data-driven social media.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end social media strategies aligned with target geos and platform best practices
- Produce compelling copy, storytelling assets, and campaign ideas consistent with the brand voice
- Grow and nurture engaged online communities across key platforms
- Track performance metrics, analyze algorithm dynamics, and continuously optimize content strategies
- Manage production workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- 2–4+ years of proven experience in SMM, Content, or Social Media roles
- Demonstrated track record of scaling social channels and delivering measurable results
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, platform best practices, and trend dynamics
- Excellent English copywriting and storytelling skills
- Balanced mindset combining creative content creation with performance analytics
- Clear understanding of SMM as both an acquisition and retention channel
- Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and trend awareness
- Fast learner who easily adapts to new tools and changing priorities
- Strong critical thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to multitask under tight deadlines
- Collaborative team player with flexible communication skills
