Job Description

Snowflake Engagement Manager leading complex platform implementations for enterprise clients. Driving service strategy, delivery quality, project execution, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new service opportunities and work with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Interact with senior stakeholders to improve service and delivery
  • Ensure customer applications are well designed and scalable across customer organizations and Snowflake teams
  • Develop a quality service strategy for each customer
  • Capture and report key metrics, identify upsell opportunities, and become a trusted client advisor
  • Manage all aspects of Snowflake implementations and diverse project and service types
  • Provide delivery quality oversight and guidance for Snowflake engagements
  • Create, implement, and track client relationship roadmaps
  • Manage key client projects, communicating status, issues, risks, goals, and objectives
  • Contribute to practices' policies, procedures, and standards
  • Apply industry knowledge to configuration tactics and delivery procedures
  • Support sales pursuits through project scoping, estimation, proposals, and delivery updates
  • Coordinate with customers, system integrators, and technology vendors on pursuits and project progress
  • Resolve customer-specific challenges and own escalations and high-profile situations
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake products and marketing
  • Identify process improvements for clients and Snowflake

Requirements:

  • 8–11 years of experience in a Services Delivery role or similar capacity
  • Experience with complex, technical implementation projects
  • Track record of delivering Professional Services revenue targets for assigned accounts
  • Ability to prioritize multiple complex projects and deliverables simultaneously
  • Direct experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and/or cloud
  • Public sector (PubSec) experience
  • Ability to communicate and translate effectively across design, engineering, marketing, advertising, and business development groups
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to articulate effectively to business and technical audiences, including senior executives at large enterprises
  • Preferably a permanent US resident and preferably US citizen able to pass a fingerprint background check
  • Bonus: experience in a client support and advisory technical role, such as solution architect, system administrator, or technical account manager
