Job Description

Social & Influencer Marketing Intern at BetterHelp aiding in mental health campaign execution and strategy. Collaborate with a diverse team to drive impactful marketing efforts in the mental health space.

Responsibilities:

  • Support influencer and social campaigns across research, brainstorms, creator sourcing, coordination, and execution.
  • Conduct competitive and cultural research to inform campaign and content strategy.
  • Identify creators and trends that align with our brand voice, values, and audience.
  • Draft briefs, research summaries, outreach emails, and presentation materials.
  • Maintain organization across contracts, JIRA tickets, and shared drives.
  • Submit JIRA tickets and support cross functional workflows with Creative, Legal, Compliance, and Growth.
  • Design templates to support organic content creation, including materials for our therapist ambassador program.
  • Track social media trends and synthesize insights to inform future ideas.
  • Lead a structured summer project tied to a strategic brand opportunity and present actionable recommendations to cross functional stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program with a target graduation date in 2027 preferred. Recent graduates will also be considered.
  • Available full time, 40 hours per week during the program duration.
  • Strong understanding of digital culture and social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
  • Genuine interest in influencer marketing, brand strategy, and mental health.
  • Bonus (Great to have, but not required)
  • Experience running a personal, campus, or brand social account.
  • Basic design skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe.
  • Experience sourcing or evaluating creators for brand fit.
  • Exposure to influencer platforms or creator discovery tools.
  • Experience using AI tools for research, brainstorming, or drafting.
