Job Description

Social media content specialist creating healthcare and wellness content for multi-location practices. Managing calendars, graphics, videos, scheduling, and performance monitoring across major platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, edit, schedule, and publish engaging, brand-aligned social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars covering regular posts, campaigns, practice updates, recurring themes, and key marketing dates.
  • Coordinate with practices, chiropractors, and internal stakeholders to gather content ideas, patient education topics, local updates, stories, photos, videos, and other assets.
  • Create social media graphics, templates, captions, and visual content using Canva.
  • Edit short-form videos using Clipchamp or similar tools.
  • Schedule and manage content through Meta Business Suite or similar platforms.
  • Ensure content is reviewed, approved, and published on time.
  • Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics, assist with reporting, and identify trends, content themes, and campaign opportunities.
  • Maintain organised content folders, asset libraries, approvals, schedules, and campaign records.
  • Ensure privacy, consent, brand guidelines, and healthcare content requirements are followed.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in social media content creation, social media coordination, content planning, digital content, marketing support, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience managing social media content for business pages across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in Canva and experienced with Clipchamp or similar video editing tools for graphics, templates, visual content, and short-form videos.
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite or similar scheduling and social media management platforms, with a good understanding of content scheduling, campaigns, engagement, and basic performance monitoring.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions and coordinate effectively with practices, chiropractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage content calendars, multiple stakeholders, approvals, recurring deadlines, and multiple locations independently.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, allied health, chiropractic, fitness, or other service-based/multi-location businesses is advantageous, with an understanding of content sensitivity, privacy, consent, and brand guidelines.
