Job Description
Supervisora de Social Media liderando conteúdo, creators e equipe para a Melissa, marca de moda da Grendene. Acompanhamento de KPIs, ROI e conversão.
Responsibilities:
- Own the area’s results, focusing on product or service quality and the achievement of objectives and targets
- Identify improvement opportunities and differentiated solutions to implement and maintain processes
- Validate the applicability and alignment of new technologies, knowledge, and processes with Management
- Ensure that all content is aligned with the brand’s tone of voice and visual identity
- Develop content formats and editorial calendars, recommend creators, and connect planning with the best tools and initiatives for the area
- Supervise the team, promoting employees’ technical and behavioral development
- Track metrics and KPIs, including engagement, reach, ROI, and conversion, to validate the effectiveness of initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced English proficiency
- Availability to travel for work
