Job Description
Advogado(a) Previdenciário(a) com foco em planejamento e vendas em home office. Atuando no consultivo e contencioso previdenciário com experiência em Direito Previdenciário.
Responsibilities:
- Client service (strategic consultations and closing service agreements)
- Preparation and presentation of social security planning
- Performing pension calculations and retirement reviews
- Drafting petitions and monitoring case progress
- Work in both consultative (advisory) and litigation areas of social security law
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Social Security Law
- Experience with social security planning
- Experience with pension/social security calculations and retirement reviews
- Experience with petitioning and litigation
- Organized with the ability to manage deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Client-focused profile with an emphasis on service and closing engagements
- Knowledge of Tax Law (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales or commercial client service (preferred)
- Experience with social security calculation systems (preferred)
Benefits:

- 8 hours per day
- Monday to Friday (no work on Saturdays)
