Job Description
Software Engineer for Supercast, enhancing subscription services for podcast creators. Collaborate with teams to build user experiences for creators and subscribers.
Responsibilities:
- Help work on customer issues and implement features across the Supercast application
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams
- Work closely with other departments and customers to identify issues
- Complete projects by meeting adoption and success criteria
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working as a software developer ideally in a startup or small team environment
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails
- Experience with modeling data in a relational database
- Familiarity with Hotwire or View Components is a huge plus
- Uses AI thoughtfully in development workflow
