Job Description
Software Engineering Manager leading a team in building integrations and APIs at Limble. Drive operational excellence in the company's integration strategy with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for all engineering aspects of integrations at Limble
- Balance internal and external requirements
- Build team cohesion and morale, help developers continue to deliver at a high level
- Build solid, scaleable, and maintainable integrations using an embedded iPaaS both in no code and full code environments.
- Own a customer facing API, including adding features, updating underlying architecture and deployments.
- Work closely with the developers to help maintain coding standards and best practices.
- We work in a scrum-light environment which includes standups and jira ticket tracking.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in software development
- iPaaS experience such as Make, Mulesoft Workato,Boomi, Prizmatic, Zapier, or related systems
- Experience as a people manager
- Experience acting as a technical lead on projects
- NodeJS/Typescript
- Driven to have positive impact on fellow engineers and customers
- SQL (MySQL / Mariadb)
- Strong track record of delivering projects with broad business impact
- Passion for writing excellent code
- Attention to detail & quality
