Job Description
Analista remoto oferecendo suporte a software contábil da IPM, GovTech brasileira de soluções em nuvem para gestão pública. Atendimento a usuários, solução de dúvidas e identificação de melhorias.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to users to ensure the proper operation and performance of the accounting system via telephone, chat, and email (Zendesk)
- Help resolve software-related questions and ensure a positive customer experience
- Identify and document potential improvements for software implementation
- Stay up to date on recent technologies, software tools, and skills required in the field
Requirements:
- Completed or ongoing higher education in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of legislation and standards applicable to the accounting field
