Job Description

Software Training Specialist training doctors and clinical staff on eClinicalWorks cloud EHR/PRM software. Developing workflows, demonstrating solutions, and supporting client implementations across U.S. practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to client sites and train end users, including doctors and clinical staff, on eCW software and ancillary functionalities
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and classroom instruction
  • Develop workflow processes
  • Demonstrate the software to client practices
  • Make suggestions and provide training
  • Communicate and escalate issues to Project Managers
  • Prepare reports such as checklists and expense reports
  • Document all training sessions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidates with Billing, ER, and pharmacy experience highly preferred
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and attention to detail
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to coach and train diverse groups of people
  • Knowledge of MySQL, Windows Office suite, computer networking, and insurance-based physician billing
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a professional demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of technical terminology
  • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual/multilingual ability is a plus
  • Must become an eCW Certified Professional upon completion of initial training
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in training and implementation of Project Management or EMR systems
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel an average of 50%–75% per month anywhere in the 50 U.S. states
  • Ability to meet operational and logistical requirements associated with the role
  • Remote regional home base
  • Must be able to work within the required time zone at hire
