Job Description
Azure Data and Analytics Solution Architect at NRI delivering end-to-end data analytics solutions for enterprise clients. Involves working with modern Azure technologies and data engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deliver end-to-end data and analytics solutions for enterprise clients
- Discuss best practices and strategies for modern data and analytics with clients
- Integrate data sources to build models and reports for business users
- Configure and operationalize cloud infrastructure in Azure
- Speak intelligently to Microsoft’s cloud data strategy and roadmap
- Stay current with Microsoft technologies and modern data platform best practices
Requirements:
- Data engineering experience in Azure
- Familiar with modern data platform technologies like Azure Analysis Services, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Warehouse, and Azure Data Factory
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering and modeling
- Ability to design an end-to-end data analytics solution architecture and drive its implementation
- Deep understanding of Agile engineering practices
- Data Warehousing
- Data ETL/ELT
- Data Modeling (Dimensional/Kimball)
- T-SQL
- Azure Data Factory (or strong SSIS experience)
- Azure Data Lake Store
- SQL Server/Azure SQL
- Azure Analysis Services or SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) - Tabular
- Azure DevOps/Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery
