Job Description
Solution Architect at Claravine designing innovative technology solutions for data management. Collaborates with C-suite to individual contributors to ensure successful solution delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-implementation.
- Design and propose technical solutions that meet customer needs and align with product capabilities.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead technical workshops and presentations for customers.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams and implementation plans.
- Serve as the technical bridge between customers and our engineering teams.
- Lead complex product deployments and integrations.
- Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by surfacing insights and advocating for product improvements that drive client value.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong track record of designing and delivering complex, enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong expertise in one or more ad tech or digital media domains such as Google, Meta, Trade Desk
- Deep knowledge of metadata and data classification principles and their business benefits.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms and advertising ecosystems including tools such as Google Campaign Manager, Adobe Experience Manager, or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities such as technical discovery, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
