Job Description
Solution Operations Support coordinating projects, maintaining operational reports for MTS/DS team. Partnering with leadership to facilitate initiatives and ensure timely execution.
Responsibilities:
- Provide critical support to the Solution Operations Manager and the Managed Technology & Digital Solutions (MTS/DS) team
- Coordinate projects, maintain operational reports and documentation, and support team initiatives
- Ensure day-to-day activities are completed accurately and on time
- Partner with the Solution Operations Manager to support MTS/DS workstreams and special projects
- Compile and analyze operational and financial reports, identifying trends and key insights
- Prepare, maintain, and quality-check project documentation, presentations, dashboards, and other materials
- Communicate proactively with leadership and team members
- Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail by managing assigned responsibilities with minimal oversight
Requirements:
- Associates degree (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, administrative support, or a related field
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Receptive to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
