Job Description

Solutions Architect guiding fintech customers through Atomic's payroll and financial-data connectivity integrations. Providing technical support, onboarding, demos, troubleshooting, and product feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical liaison between customers and the engineering team
  • Provide technical explanations and solutions for customers planning and integrating Atomic's solutions
  • Debug complex issues involving Atomic's embedded solution in customer applications
  • Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical issues
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers
  • Manage customer inquiries and escalations with timely communication and collaborative problem resolution
  • Educate customers on implementation best practices and optimize their use of Atomic's technology
  • Create and update technical articles and public documentation
  • Identify customer support process improvements and work with cross-functional teams on enhancements
  • Recommend product improvements based on technical insights and customer feedback
  • Guide customer development teams through onboarding
  • Demo the product to customer technical teams
  • Lead implementation conversations and guide customers toward effective integrations
  • Field and process customer feature requests and issues
  • Provide product and engineering teams with customer insights

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development or equivalent technical support roles
  • Exposure to full-stack web development, SDKs, and/or mobile development preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Ability to produce clear, concise technical documentation and customer-facing materials
  • Ability to deliver presentations, webinars, and live demos to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Kotlin, Swift, or Java
  • Ability to diagnose customer issues and recommend architectural solutions and code snippets
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally
  • U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
